 There’s a guy who runs a Grilled Cheese Truck in LA. He’s kinda famous for a Mac-n-Rib sandwich. His idea inspired me to create the Oinker, loosely based on his concept. It’s my twist on Mac-n-cheese meets BBQ pulled pork meets bacon.


We take sharp cheddar cheese and BBQ pulled pork. Add to that some Cavatapi pasta, Alfredo sauce, Bacon and buttermilk fried onions, and you have yourself one of our more popular sandwiches.


Think of it as a picnic turning into a BBQ, in a park, all rolled into the Extreme goodness of a grilled cheese sandwich.
