In honor of St. Patrick’s Day we put together an Extreme twist on the traditional “Corned Beef and Cabbage.” In it, you’ll find: Swiss, Havarti with Dill, Pulled Corned Beef Brisket, Pickled Napa Cabbage, Red Potato, Stone Ground Mustard, and a Stout & Brown Sugar Glaze. To come up with a name, we turned to our Facebook fans.

Winning himself a free sandwich, Larry Fogg came up with the winning entry: KILT LIFTR – a name that just screamed corned beef and cabbage to us.
