The sites and smells of fall are all around us. Thanksgiving is just around the corner. But if you think about it, don’t we have something to be grateful for all year long?
Here at MELTZ, the Gobbler is inspired by the tastes of Thanksgiving. With smoked turkey and italian sausage stuffing, we couple White Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. To round out the flavor profile, we fry up some sweet potatoes for crunch; and add our own chunky cranberry aioli. The tartness of the aioli balances out the sweetness of the potatoes, while cutting the fat from the cheese; producing all your favorite flavors from this celebratory time of year.
