This original Extreme menu item, The Idahoan, has arrived back on the menu.

Many of us know this one as an all time favorite MELTZ grilled cheese.

We are talking a classic, yet expertly combined collection of ground beef, pork, and of course veal, baked to succulent perfection. The house made meatloaf is then nestled in with some fluffy smashed potatoes and highlighted by a ketchup-chili glaze. Our glaze is flavorful, not spicy, so don’t shy from this one.

The whole combination is set over the top with white cheddar and colby jack. You will be delighted as you stumble across the path of a tender, slow roasted nugget of garlic goodness. This is Idaho representation at it’s culinary best in the grilled cheese department.
