Cubano

June 24, 2015

Maybe we should get a FedEx account. We keep getting requests like, “can you fedex me one? Looks awesome!”

MELTZ would like to introduce you to the CUBANO……Swiss, Cobb-Smoked Ham, Mojo Basted Pork Shoulder, Roasted Garlic, Dill Pickles, Dijonaise.

MOJO pronounced [MOH-hoh] originated in the Canary Islands and consists primarily of olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, and citrus juices. In Cuban cooking, mojo applies to a sauce using garlic, olive oil, and sour oranges, as they are indigenous to that region. This version is commonly used to marinate roast pork. Come get your mojo on at MELTZ!

We wish we could FedEx this awesome sandwich to you. For now, you’ll have to come and get it while it’s hot!
